GAXEN AFRICA VENTURES is a diversified enterprise with active divisions in virtual assistance/BPO, business support and management consultancy, retail and online supply, and transport, courier, delivery and logistics. Our registered address is Kanyamedha Estate, Kisumu–Busia Road, Kisumu, Kenya, and our operating base is Nairobi, Kenya.

When you place an order, request a delivery, request a quote, outsource work, register an account, apply for a role, register as a supplier, or contact us, you agree to engage honestly and to provide accurate information. We agree to handle your information responsibly and to deliver the products and services we promise, with clear communication throughout.

We collect only the information needed to serve you, store it securely, and do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver a service you requested or where required by law. 5. Payments, refunds and delivery

Payments are processed through approved channels (M-Pesa, card, bank transfer) using official GAXEN accounts. Refund and delivery terms are detailed in our Refund Policy and Delivery Policy. Order and delivery references allow you to track status at every stage.

We may update this document as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of GAXEN after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
